Master Bat

In 1974, American philosopher Thomas Nagel pondered the question, "what is it like to be a bat?" And, it being impossible to know without actually being a bat (ignoring approximate simulations), he concluded that, hypothetically, even if this were possible, it would nevertheless be impossible to carry that firsthand knowledge across the neurological transformation that would be required for a human to temporarily experience a bat's mind (crushing my adolescent fantasy that "remote viewing" - temporarily getting into another person's mindspace and feeling their emotions directly - would be the empathic solution to most of man's social dilemmas). In spite of this, however, I wanted to find out what it might feel like when a bat masturbates (do bats masturbate?) - that is, hanging upside-down.

Putting the 'bat' back in masturbation! ;-p
